"These boots are made for surfing..."

Poor Nancy Sinatra, fancy me changing the lyrics to her great song. The reason though is that on Monday 8th I shall be hosting a very exciting launch party for Surfing in Stilettos which will be released by those wonderful folks at ThornBerry Publishing and I, for one, shall be quaffing champagne.
There are some amazing prizes and gifts for you thanks to some of the most supportive bloggy friends I could ever hope for and some behind the scenes secret stuff about Surfing in Stilettos.
As part of the fun I would love it if you could do one of the following: either put up a photo or picture of your best stilettos heels or a photo of what you wear when you are surfing the net! (You do wear clothes, don't you?)
If you could also just link up to my blog or mention the party that would be marvellous. I know many of you have your posts scheduled weeks in advance so even a little mention would be hugely appreciated.
On Monday bring all your friends, come and meet others in the chatroom and see just what surprises I have managed to come up with this time. You won't be disappointed. Hubby has ordered in enough virtual champagne to keep us going all day and night.

Facing 50 officially invites you to the launch party for Surfing in Stilettos. Heels essential and a sense of fun imperative.

"He who laughs...lasts!"

You are fantastic and I look forward to seeing you here. I fear I shall be a nervous wreck the way it is all going but I could always come down to Devon and recuperate afterwards. xx

    1. If you come with champers you can wear the fur trimmed slippers. They will match my very own. Mine have leopard fur! Hang on did you say you skinny surf? Could make for quite a scandal.

    1. Ah my friend. I am sure you have some very stylish shoes somewhere in your closet. I shall allow you to wear slightly lower heels if you need and sit out some of the dancing as long as you bring Dolce and Gabbana!

  12. I hope it's as much fun as your last (virtual) party. I don't remember it much, but I hear I had a MARVELOUS time!! Will my drinking buddy (your Mum) be there, too? I hope she doesn't pass out again!!

    1. It should be as much fun but sadly, your drinking partner is quaffing herself senseless in Cyprus at the moment. She only remembers vague details too about the last party - lamp shades, wine...more wine...laughing...all night...
You'll have to bring some more friends over to make up for it, unless I can persuade her the party here will be more fun.
